On Thursday, 16 January, the Dorset Schools’ Cross Country Championships took place at King’s Park. We had 29 students competing across the age groups.
Over the last few years, cross country has grown in popularity across the school and we now have competitive runners in every age group. On the day, all four teams won their events. This is an incredible achievement and wouldn’t happen without the dedication and effort in training. Individually, we had seven podium finishes and 15 students qualified to represent Dorset at the South West Championships on Saturday, 1 February in Newquay.
